Refreshing, tangy, and bubbly, these are just a few of the words we would use to describe a paloma.
Although many are familiar with another iconic Mexican drink — the margarita — we’ve been on a paloma kick this summer that’s going well into fall. Perhaps it’s the laid-back simplicity this drink brings, with just a few ingredients (unless you want to get really fancy), or that it’s pink (Hi Barbie!), that makes it such a great choice.
Also, it turns out the paloma is actually a favorite around Mexico as well, with writer David Wondrich deeming it the “National Drink of Mexico.” So, if you’re looking for a great recipe to share, sip alone or dazzle guests with, this is it.
