- Ingredients:
- Two mini corn arepas
- Black beans
- Shredded cheese
- Tomato salsa (tomatoes, onion powder, chopped cilantro)
- Instructions: Split arepas in half, fill with a mixture of heated black beans and shredded cheese. Add salsa on the side in a small container to avoid ingredients getting soft. Wrap and pack!
