You can also use the cleanse to start one of the 60 protocols Johnson has on his website for everything from anxiety to leukemia.

The results of the 5×5 cleanse on our team

Once the cleanse began, we adhered to the 5×5 protocol diligently. The taste of fresh carrot juice was surprisingly pleasant, and the routine of juicing and consuming it became a mindful practice. As the days progressed, we observed several notable changes.
